My Health Transformation Story 

It was Spring of 2019 and everything was “ok” which it meant it really wasn’t…and I was about to get a wake up call that would tear through the BS story I was telling myself to avoid looking into the mirror. 

As a registered Blood & Bone Marrow donor I matched a critically ill Leukemia patient literally fighting for his life. On my donation day laying in a hospital bed I kept thinking about this guy who has cancer helpless and here I am having let myself blow up to 313 lbs. He didn’t have a choice…but I did.

My poor health choices were directly affecting my confidence, engagement with my kids, energy level and ability to think clearly and focus during the day professionally.

I was finding myself avoiding social interactions, shutting myself off to the world and had retreated into the comforts and distraction of poor eating and drinking.

Healthy Weight Loss

This was not my life, this is not who I am…it wasn’t any kind of life at all. I had hit my wall. And as if by divine intervention a friend reached out to me and shared an easy to follow proven program.

So I took this lifeline and lost over 65 lbs within several months and everything changed...I began sleeping better, I had more energy, I was now so much more focused, I grew more confident, I transitioned to a full time healthy positive mindset!

Life was now entirely different….and decided to pay this gift forward by becoming a health coach to help others and continue to keep myself accountable to my own health journey.
